Role Overview: As an Assistant Harvesting Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Harvest Manager to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of harvesting processes. Your responsibilities will include optimising pick rates, overseeing planning and organisation, and ensuring rigorous standards of Health & Safety and food safety across the facilities. Candidates will have a proven track record in Harvest or Food Production management, particularly in leading large teams, and who possess exceptional communication skills to drive superior performance.
