Fundamental Analyst – German Speaking

Overview
We're looking for a Fundamental Analyst (German Speaking) to join a growing team focused on delivering high-quality financial data and insights across EMEA markets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1+ year of experience or a strong academic background in finance or accounting who is keen to build expertise in financial analysis and reporting standards. You'll gain hands-on experience analysing company financials and contributing to key data used in global financial products.
What you'll be doing:
- Research and analyse financial data from company annual and quarterly reports.
- Perform company-specific financial analysis to support fundamental data products.
- Extract, standardise, and validate financial statement data (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data delivered to client platforms.
- Work with financial reports in both German and English.
- Apply global accounting standards including GAAP and IFRS.
- Maintain and continuously improve data quality and processes.
- Manage workloads effectively to meet tight deadlines and service levels.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in finance, data, or analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to process data with speed and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. lookups, pivot tables).
