Manpower is currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join our client's busy team in Norwich . This is an excellent ongoing opportunity offering competitive pay, full training, and the potential for long-term employment.

Pay Rate: £13.60 per hour (PAYE)
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days paid holiday, increasing with length of service
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm

Requirements
- A valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
- A valid UK Driving Licence
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work
- The ability to work safely and effectively in a yard environment
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Forklift Truck (FLT) to load and unload trailers containing bottled gas cylinders
- Unloading full cylinders and reloading empty cylinders for distribution
- Assisting drivers with vehicle loading and unloading activities
- Carrying out daily yard stock checks and inventory counts
- Completing compliance-related tasks, including vehicle inspections and data downloads
- Reporting and identifying hazards using the Eco Online system
- Supporting the office team during quieter periods by answering telephone calls and processing orders (full training provided)
