# FLT Driver (Counterbalance) - PM Shift**Bicester, Oxfordshire, £13.21 per hour, 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday, Temp to Perm Opportunity** Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Bicester for an experienced **Counterbalance FLT Driver** to join their **PM Shift working Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00**. This is an excellent opportunity for a forklift driver looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position. You will be joining a busy manufacturing and production environment where safety, quality and teamwork are key.## The RoleAs a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations during the **14:00 - 22:00 PM shift**. You will ensure materials, stock and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site. Key responsibilities include:* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently* Loading and unloading vehicles* Moving stock, raw materials and finished goods across the site* Supplying production areas with materials as required* Booking stock into designated locations* Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities* Completing stock movements and inventory tasks* Supporting warehouse and manufacturing teams as required* Conducting daily FLT checks and reporting defects* Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards## ## Candidate RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:* A valid Counterbalance FLT licence* Previous FLT driving experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment* Strong awareness of health and safety procedures* Good communication skills* The ability to work independently and as part of a team* A reliable and flexible approach to work## Pay & Benefits* £13.21 per hour* Monday to Friday **14:00 - 22:00 PM shift*** Free on-site parking* Weekly pay whilst temporary* Friendly and supportive team environment* Opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period## Apply TodayIf you are an experienced **Counterbalance FLT Driver** looking for a **Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00 PM shift** role in Bicester, we would like to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
