Reports to: Ethicon & CSS Plan Team Lead β UK & Ireland Supply Chain
Manpower is proud to be partnering with Johnson & Johnson MedTech to recruit an Ethicon & CSS S&OP Analyst to join the UK & Ireland Supply Chain team. This role plays a key part in supporting Service and Asset Management activities across the Cardio and Surgery businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product availability, inventory optimisation, and high service levels in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key supply chain business partner across internal functions.
- Support UK/IE service performance, including Inventory, Backorders, OTIF, SLOB, NPI launches and discontinuations.
- Proactively manage backorders and raise robust tickets to enable stock allocation.
- Maintain strong knowledge of SAP material codes, statuses, and relevant data tables.
- Manage UK/IE product lifecycle activities and support seamless NPI launches.
- Optimise inventory levels and safety stock in line with business targets.
- Identify excess inventory and manage return processes where required.
- Participate in EMEA STEM calls and share supply updates with stakeholders.
- Support reporting through dashboards and stock availability reports.
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
About You
You will be an analytical, proactive supply chain professional with a growth mindset and strong stakeholder management skills. Youβll be comfortable working in a matrix environment and confident managing multiple priorities.
- Educated to degree level, ideally in Supply Chain or a commercial discipline.
- 1β3 yearsβ experience in planning, sourcing, or S&OP-related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience within Medical Devices, Healthcare, or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools.
Additional Information
Candidates must be able to work from the Pinewood location initially and commit to relocating to Maidenhead in line with the planned office move in 2026.
