Manpower UK is seeking a part-time HR Manager in Wallingford. You will work three days a week with one remote day and all hands-on HR duties on Wednesdays in the office, reporting to the HR Director.
You will lead HR matters across the group, shaping policy, procedures and employment documentation. You will coach managers through performance, grievances, disputes and disciplinary processes, drive development plans from appraisal outcomes and support recruitment and retention.
