Manpower is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced TIG Welder to join one of our valued clients, a specialist manufacturer known for producing high-precision equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled welder who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to work in a clean, technical, and quality-driven environment.
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out high-precision TIG welding on thin-gauge stainless steel
- Working confidently from engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Fabricating and assembling bespoke components to exacting standards
- Ensuring weld quality meets strict internal and industry requirements
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and compliant workshop environment
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel
- Ability to produce clean, accurate, visually high-quality welds
- Strong fabrication knowledge and metal finishing skills
- Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
- A detail-driven, proactive approach with pride in workmanship
- Experience in precision, scientific, medical, or technical manufacturing is advantageous
