Counterbalance Forklift Driver
Tewkesbury | Chilled Warehouse Environment
Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 5 days out of 7, with various start times from 4:00am
Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours worked
We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established and modern chilled warehouse operation in Tewkesbury. The Role
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.
Duties Include:
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Stock replenishment and rotation
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time
What We're Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence (refreshed within the last 3 years)
- Previous FLT experience within a warehouse, FMCG, food production, or distribution environment
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Own transport due to early shift start times
