The Role We're recruiting a Process Team Leader to join a busy and well-established powder coatings manufacturer based in Farnham. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supporting daily production operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll lead a team of Operators across the manufacturing process, providing guidance, support, and direction while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
