Manpower Recruitment are working with an established company, on the outskirts of Witney, Oxfordshire and are looking for a Junior Spares Advisor & Despatch Person. This is a full-time position, working hours 40 hours per week, Mon-Friday 7.30am β 4.30pm and paying up to Β£26000pa. Please note a driving licence or motorcycle would be needed, due to location and no public transport.

Responsibilities:
- Spares Advisor Duties
- Assist customers (phone, email, or counter) with selecting the correct spare parts
- Look up part numbers using catalogues, diagrams, or stock systems
- Provide quotes, lead times, and product information
- Create sales orders and update customer records
- Communicate with suppliers about parts availability when required
- Pick, pack, and label outgoing parts accurately
- Prepare shipping paperwork (delivery notes, courier labels, manifests)
- Ensure all orders are checked for accuracy before despatch
- Liaise with couriers and organise collections
- Help receive and store incoming stock
- Maintain a tidy and efficient parts/warehouse area
