Night Bonus - £20 per shift

Manpower Driving & Logistics are recruiting on behalf of a leading national client for experienced Class 1 ADR Drivers based in Thurrock, Essex.

The Role

As a Class 1 ADR Driver, you'll be responsible for:

• Refuelling at refinery sites
• Safe and compliant transportation of hazardous goods
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and road safety

Shift Pattern

• 4 on, 4 off
• 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights
• Day shifts start between 4am and 6am
• Night shifts start between 4pm and 6pm
• £20.55 per hour
• £30.83 per hour after 42.5 hours per week and for all weekend shifts
• Night Bonus of £20 per shift
• London Weighting Bonus of £7.75 per shift
• Performance Bonus of up to £1,000 every 6 months
• 28 days paid holiday per year
• Dedicated Manpower consultant providing ongoing support
• Long-term assignment with a nationally recognised employer

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must have:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Current ADR qualification in Classes 2 and 3 in Tanks
• Valid Driver CPC
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years' Class 1 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD or DR convictions

Previous trunking or fuel delivery experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

This role is expected to run until approximately April 2027 (weather dependent), after which requirements will be reviewed.
