Quality Manager Location: Nottingham Reports to: Operations Director Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 About the Role Manpower are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality activities within a precision engineering and manufacturing environment. This hands-on role combines responsibility for maintaining and developing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System with practical inspection and quality assurance activities across the shop floor. The successful candidate will work closely with production, engineering, and inspection teams to resolve manufacturing issues, improve quality standards, and ensure components consistently meet customer and industry requirements. Applications are particularly welcomed from experienced Engineers, Machinists, or Fitters who have transitioned into Quality and can apply strong engineering knowledge to inspection, measurement, and process improvement.
