We are currently recruiting for an experienced Extrusion Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Bridgend on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous extrusion experience who is looking for a long-term role with excellent earning potential and a great shift pattern that offers regular time off.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and operating extrusion machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Carrying out machine checks and basic fault finding.
- Recording production information accurately.
- Working to production targets and KPIs.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous extrusion operating experience is essential.
- Strong manufacturing or production background.
- Good understanding of quality standards and production processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
