Rate
Radius payment of £45 per night if you live outside a 30 mile radius of Rosyth. Please note radius payment is capped at 5 nights.
Hours
Any hours worked over 36 will be paid at time and a half.
Project
Refit on an Aircraft Carrier coming into dock for a 6 month duration.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical maintenance, fitting, and assembly tasks on the vessel during its docking period. Work will include both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure operational readiness and full compliance with safety standards.
Key Requirements
- Apprentice-trained in a relevant mechanical discipline
- Experience in shipbuilding or marine environments is highly advantageous
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and working to tight schedules
- Must be a UK Citizen and be able to pass SC Clearance
