We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Drivers, for an immediate start, on behalf of our Client based at East Midlands Gateway. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within a busy warehouse environment. A valid counterbalance or reach forklift licence is essential, and experience with both would be advantageous.
A range of shifts are available including:
- Days
- 1400-2230 Afternoons
- 2200-0630 Nights Monday to Friday only - No weekend working Key Responsibilities Operating counterbalance and/or reach forklifts safely and efficiently Loading and unloading goods from vehicles Moving stock to designated storage areas Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any defects Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times Requirements Valid counterbalance or reach forklift licence - Minimum 2 years experience preferred Previous experience in a busy warehouse or logistics environment Ability to meet set targets Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong awareness of health and safety regulations Positive work ethic xohmjla and highly motivated What We Offer Stable Monday to Friday working hours No weekends Supportive team environment Temp to Perm contracts considered If you are a reliable and safety-conscious forklift driver looking for a consistent weekday role, we would love to hear from you.
