Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing client based in Brigg. Location * Brigg * Due to the site location, applicants should live locally or have reliable transport Shift Pattern * Monday - Friday * Rotating shifts: Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Pay Rate * £13.75 per hour Key Responsibilities * Carrying out daily inspections at the start and end of each shift to identify and report any equipment or machine issues * Operating machinery and supporting production processes * Completing all production documentation accurately and efficiently * Working both independently and as part of a team to maximise production output * Supporting other departments when required following appropriate training * Adhering to all site Health
