Manpower are delighted to be recruiting for a Team Leader on behalf of a client based in Grimsby. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join a supportive and collaborative management team within a fast-paced production environment.
The successful person will be responsible for overseeing factory operations and leading a team of approximately 12 employees on a day-to-day basis, with the opportunity to step into a broader management support role when required.
Shift Pattern Monday- Friday 5:30am- 14:30 Pay Rate Β£14.77 per hour The Role As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of factory operations, supporting both production teams and site management.
Key Responsibilities Leading and overseeing production processes within the factory Managing and motivating a team of approximately 12 employees Ensuring operational procedures are followed effectively Monitoring team performance and productivity and forecast/ production staffing planning Reporting operational performance to the wider management team Ensuring hours worked are recorded accurately Confirming and validating payroll information before submission What We're Looking For
