Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing client based in Brigg. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team environment, with the potential for the role to move into a permanent position after an initial period of time.
Location
- Brigg
- Due to the site location, applicants should live locally or have reliable transport
Shift Pattern
- Monday - Friday
- Rotating shifts: Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay Rate
- £13.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out daily inspections at the start and end of each shift to identify and report any equipment or machine issues
- Operating machinery and supporting production processes
- Completing all production documentation accurately and efficiently
- Working both independently and as part of a team to maximise production output
- Supporting other departments when required following appropriate training
- Adhering to all site Health & Safety procedures and standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What We're Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience working as a Production Operative, Machine Operative, or within a similar manufacturing environment
- Experience working within a warehouse or production setting
- Experience operating CNC machinery would be advantageous
Skills & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to supporting different departments across the site
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working a rotating shift pattern
- Commitment to maintaining high Health & Safety standards
