What We're Looking For 2+ years' experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office. Experience supporting hardware, software, and networking issues. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Exposure to Microsoft Server environments would be advantageous. Knowledge of ITIL or service management principles is beneficial.
