About the role
As a Team Leader you will be supervising your small team and working alongside them to provide various grounds maintenance services in Edinburgh. Grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian), strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting, litter picking. Requirements
- Prior experience within Grounds Maintenance with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisor position within Grounds Maintenance or a similar industry, 2 years preferred.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard, with a good eye for detail.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team.
- Proficient in problem solving and dealing with complex situations.
- Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and 'can-do' attitude.
- Experience of Ride-On mower.
- A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
- PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage.
