We are looking for an experienced Tyre Technician to join our busy bodyshop team based in Grimsby. Working alongside an experienced team, you will ensure vehicles are maintained and finished to the highest standards for our customers, with the support and guidance of the Supervisor and Bodyshop Manager.

Shifts: 4 on, 4 off

Pay: £15.39 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Performing tyre diagnostics, including checking tyre condition, pressure, and tread depth.
  • Replacing or repairing faulty tyres.
  • Checking and adjusting wheel balance, alignment, and tyre rotation.
  • Supporting general workshop and bodyshop duties as required.
  • Assisting with the training and development of new team members when required.
  • Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality at all times.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a Tyre Technician is essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is required.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions when required.
  • Willingness to support junior technicians and share knowledge and expertise.
  • Passion for the motor industry and pride in delivering work to the highest standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong team-working and communication skills.
