Manpower are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with either a Ride-On PPT Licence or Reach Truck Licence who are looking for ongoing, full-time work.

Location: Grimsby - Estate Roads

Shift Pattern: Day shifts only, 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £14.11 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a Ride-On PPT or Reach Truck safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading goods
  • Moving stock around the warehouse and storage areas
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Completing stock checks and ensuring accurate inventory records
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures
  • Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet operational targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous warehouse experience is desirable. Must hold a valid Ride-On PPT Licence or Reach Truck Licence. Experience in a similar role.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, good communication skills, reliable, punctual, and hardworking, able to work independently and as part of a team, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
