Manpower is currently recruiting for a FLT Driver to join a well-established team supporting warehouse and operational activities on-site. This opportunity is well-suited to someone with prior experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Location
Based on the outskirts of Louth, this site is not accessible by public transport, so candidates must have their own reliable means of travel.
Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotating shift basis, and flexibility to cover both patterns is essential:
- Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
- Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Sunday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Weekend work is part of the role, with days off provided during the week on a rotating basis.
Pay Rate
£14.21 per hour
Key Duties
- Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck
- Assist with day-to-day warehouse and yard operations
- Transport, organise, and store stock across yard and warehouse areas
- Use handheld scanning devices to monitor stock movement
- Provide support across various operational tasks as required
Requirements
Experience
- Previous experience as an FLT Driver
- At least 1 year of Counterbalance FLT experience
Qualifications
- Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence

- Comfortable using scanning and stock control equipment
- Flexible approach with willingness to support multiple duties
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
