Field Service Engineer Stafford Area | £28,000-£35,000 + Company Van, Full Training and Pension
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting routine testing and monitoring of metalworking fluids on customer sites
- Recording, analysing and reporting results using a bespoke cloud-based software system
- Taking corrective action where required to maintain fluid performance and production efficiency
- Supporting fluid changeovers, product trials and CNC machine preparation activities
- Building strong working relationships with customers and acting as a trusted technical support contact
- Providing technical support and recommendations to improve operational performance

About You
We're interested in hearing from candidates with experience in: Field Service Engineering Manufacturing Maintenance Engineering Automotive CNC Machining Industrial or Production environments
- A full UK driving licence
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn a specialist technical discipline
- Previous experience with metalworking fluids, lubricants, cutting oils or industrial chemicals would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right individual.
