This is a temporary ongoing role offering long?term stability, consistent day?shift hours, and the chance to develop within a well?established manufacturing operation.
About the Role
As a Counterbalance Forklift Operator, you will support daily production and material?handling activities across the site, ensuring a safe, efficient and well organised working environment. Working closely with Plant Supervisors, you will help control site operations, machinery and materials to maintain smooth output and high production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely across the plant Moving raw materials, pallets and finished goods around the site Loading and unloading vehicles Supplying production lines with materials Supporting manufacturing processes including batching, mixing, loading and general plant duties Monitoring machinery performance and reporting faults or irregularities Completing basic quality checks and recording production data Maintaining high housekeeping standards across work areas Following all site safety procedures, PPE requirements and compliance rules Working as part of a small team to meet daily production targets What We're Looking For Valid Counterbalance B1 forklift licence (must be in date) B1 licence must cover operation up to 5 tonne capacity Experience working in a small or medium?scale manufacturing or production environment Strong awareness of health and safety Reliable, team?focused attitude with good communication skills Ability to work in a physical, hands?on role If you are interested, apply today with an up?to?date CV.
