Due to continued expansion, our client is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join their production team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong upholstery background who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble upholstery components to specification. Create patterns and work from design requirements. Upholster a variety of furniture products to a high standard. Handle materials and finished products, including heavy lifting where required. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within agreed production deadlines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets. Identify and resolve upholstery-related issues during the manufacturing process.
