The purposeJoin a delivery-focused engineering team supporting major dock and berth infrastructure improvements at Devonport. In this role, you'll bridge design and construction for infills, demolition and trials-helping ensure the as-built outcomes are safe, compliant, and deliver the capability stakeholders need.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinate site queries and engineering clarificationsReview inspection reports and raise actions, including NCRs where neededManage TQs/CRs, and review ITPs/ITCs for complianceReview RAMS, Temporary Works, and relevant approvalsSupport material approvals (MARS) and limited surveillance aligned to ITP/ITCsCapture Learning from Experience for designersWhat you'll bring: Knowledge of design and substantiation of heavy civil engineering and building structures to relevant seismic codes for satisfying Nuclear Safety Functions; particular experience in dock structures preferred;Experience of construction techniques employed for Nuclear Safety related structures and buildings.
