Customer Sales Advisor in Cumbernauld

Manpower is supporting our reputable client in their search for a customer sales advisor to work initally on a 3 month fixed term contract with the view to extend or become permanent. You will be part of a team that is collaborative, supportive and is committed to delivering excellent customer experience.

• Actively participate to achieve monthly average order value targets. Upselling /cross selling and gap analysis.
• Build and maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external Sales Teams, Operations, Supply Chain, Transport Control and Credit Control to ensure maximum customer experience levels are achieved.
• Use active listening skills when speaking with our customers to understand their business needs and exceed expectations.
• Develop and maintain skills, by resolving customer queries and requests for product information efficiently. Ensure appropriate follow-up is completed via the telephone, SLA Tracker and Shared inbox.
• Take responsibility for self-development and always ensure that our SHINE values are at the core of all you do.
• Receive inbound sales orders and enquires from our customers, ensuring accuracy and exceptional service to the customer.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls
• Confident using Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
• Previously used CRM systems
• Comfortable with upselling
