Manpower are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join a small and supportive finance team based in Caistor. This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional looking for a varied role that combines payroll, accounts administration and office support responsibilities within a well-established business.
Due to location, own transport is essential- The site is not any any public transport routes.
Shift Pattern
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00am - 4:30pm
Salary
- Β£27,000 - Β£31,000- experience dependant
Key Responsibilities
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintaining accurate employee payroll records and ensuring information is kept up to date
- Checking and cross-checking timesheets, holidays and sickness related queries
- Processing new starters and leavers
- Processing employee expenses, pension administration and maintaining payroll documentation.
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Assisting with general office administration and finance support duties
What's on offer
- Previous payroll experience is essential
- Experience within bookkeeping or accounts administration
- Experience using Sage Payroll or Sage Accounts would be advantageous

- Strong understanding of payroll procedures and confidentiality requirements
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident using Microsoft and general office software
- Ability to work independently and part of a small team to meet deadlines
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
