Delivery & Payroll Administrator Leeds | Full Time | Permanent | Office based Up to £28,000 basic salary + bonus (OTE £30,000+) Manpower is looking for a Delivery & Payroll Administrator to join our Leeds office. This is a key support role within our recruitment team, responsible for ensuring temporary workers are onboarded correctly, payroll preparation is processed accurately, and clients receive a reliable service. The role would suit someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. What you'll be doing
Managing candidate sourcing & onboarding Maintaining accurate records across internal systems Supporting the recruitment team with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process Ensuring key deadlines are met and onboarding is completed in a timely manner Building positive working relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues Supporting the delivery of vacancies across a range of clients and sectors What we're looking for
Previous experience in administration, recruitment support or a similar role Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Competent with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel A proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a busy team What you'll get in return
