About the role
We are currently looking for a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in London, working as part of a team of two across a portfolio of sites. You will play a key role in maintaining outdoor spaces to a high standard, carrying out a range of grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, strimming, pruning, hedge and shrub maintenance, weed control, litter picking, and general horticultural tasks. As a mobile operative, you will travel between locations, ensuring our client sites remain safe, clean, and well-presented throughout the year.
Requirements
- Previous Grounds Maintenance experience.
- A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential.
- Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
- Willing to undertake & achieve a clear DBS check prior to start.
- Good local knowledge of South and East London.
