A specialist manufacturer in Abingdon is looking for an experienced assembler with wiring and soldering experience to join their growing production team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in mechanical and electrical assembly, who is also confident working alone or as part of the team in a hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out wiring of systems and products using electrical drawings and technical instructions
- Participate in the mechanical assembly of components and full systems
- Fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Identify areas for improvement, and liaise with supervisors to resolve issues
- Ensure all health, safety, and quality control procedures are followed
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an assembly role, with strong wiring and hand soldering skills
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
