Temporary Painter / Workshop Operative Location: Depot-based
- Warrington Contract: Temporary (ongoing) Pay: £14.50 an hour Hours: Full-time, day shifts The Role We are currently recruiting a Temporary Painters to support a busy industrial workshop environment.
This role focuses on preparing and painting equipment/machinery to ensure it is clean, safe, and presentable.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone reliable who is happy working in a busy workshop environment and available for temporary work.
Key Responsibilities Basic surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, and masking Painting and touch-ups using spray or hand methods Assisting with refurbishment of equipment Following all health & safety procedures Maintaining a clean and tidy work area Outside working will feature
Skills & Experience Previous painting or decorating experience preferred Experience in an industrial, or manual role is an advantage Good attention to detail Comfortable with hands-on work Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
