Manpower are currently recruiting for a well-known and established Manufacturing and Production Site based in Horncastle, to include days and nights and can vary based on the below hours and rotation:
– 6am-2pm
– 2pm-10pm
– 10pm-6am
This role is based in a rural location so only candidates with their own transport/ live locally will be considered.
The successful candidate will hold relevant experience in a Machine Operative/ Production role and be looking for a continuous/ progressive job role with the potential opportunity of moving in to a permanent position.
You must possess good communication skills, able to work solely and in a team-environment as well as having a sound knowledge of both Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
Candidates who possess Machine Operative experience and/ or FLT/ Counterbalance certificates, are also very welcomed to apply.
