Salary: £47,906 base salary, £53,985 (including shift allowance) + Overtime

Shift Pattern

  • Monday-Thursday: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
  • Friday: 6am-12pm / 12pm-6pm / 6pm-12am

What you’ll be doing

  • Attending breakdowns and delivering effective reactive maintenance
  • Carrying out planned maintenance (PM) and condition-based monitoring (CBM)
  • Analysing equipment performance and recommending improvements
  • Managing spare parts and supporting operations teams
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2 years’ maintenance/engineering experience
  • Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification (HNC in Electrical Engineering beneficial)
  • Strong electrical skills: AC/DC systems, inverters, PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred)
  • Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability
  • A proactive, flexible engineer who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing
