Role – Training Administrator Location – Gloucester Hours – Full time 37 hours per week Pay Rate – £17.57 per hour About the role This role is responsible for ensuring that the administrative activities that surround all Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) Nuclear Operations training courses are delivered to achieve departmental objectives. The NSA Training Administrator role is a member of the Nuclear Skills Alliance. Each Training Administrator will report directly to their designated Group Head for the training courses they support. Responsible for the management of the shared Nuclear Operations NSA Administrator mailbox. Work as part of larger team to ensure continued use of process. The Training Administrator will support the NSA Training Instructors to ensure their requirements have been met before and after training events. Key Responsibilities Support the creation and maintenance of all Nuclear Operations training courses delivered within the scope of the Nuclear Skills Alliance Create and maintain all training events delivered by the NSA for Nuclear Operations. Monitor enrolment bookings and provide instructions for course attendees regarding the training they are due to attend. Manage NSA Administrator mailbox and deal with all ad hoc queries as they are received.Knowledge and Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
