The Role
As the Technical Service Projects Coordinator, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of multi-site HV service projects. You'll work closely with engineers, customers, and third-party contractors to keep projects on track, maintain accurate technical documentation, and support compliance with engineering and safety standards. This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll be expected to take initiative, find answers, and keep things moving - not simply elevate problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HV service projects across multiple UK sites
- Maintain project schedules, documentation, and compliance records
- Liaise with engineers, customers, and contractors
- Manage incoming leads from multiple systems and allocate appropriately
- Support resource planning and service level delivery
- Ensure technical documentation is accurate and up to date
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Strong coordination experience – able to source information, ask the right questions, and manage multiple tasks
- Background in a service-based industry (Utilities, Power, Water, Maintenance, Engineering, etc.)
- Experience supporting projects or working within a project environment
- Proactive mindset – someone who solves problems before escalating them
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- Experience in Power/Energy/HV/LV systems, switchgear, substations
- Exposure to Utilities, EV, or related technical sectors
- Familiarity with D365
Working Pattern
Hybrid – Thame office (3 days per week) 37 hours per week across 4.5 days Early finish every Friday (1pm)
