Job Description

Sous Chef – Permanent Position, Cambridge\\n\\nWe are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef for a full-time, permanent opportunity in the heart of Cambridge. This is a pivotal leadership role, reporting directly to the Head Chef and working 37.5 hours per week on a two-week shift rotation.\\n\\nAs Sous Chef, you will take charge of managing kitchen shifts, provide direction and mentoring to the team, and ensuring a consistently high standard of food and service for a wide variety of guests, from regular diners to VIP event delegates.
