About the Role: Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Manager for a 3–month contract position. The successful candidate will lead and enhance quality processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality strategies to meet business and customer requirements.
- Lead and manage quality assurance and control activities across production and operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee internal and external audits, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross–functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
- Analyse quality data and produce reports to senior leadership with actionable insights.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior quality management role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of quality systems, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem–solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
