About the Role:

- Conduct 4-stage clearances and various air tests, including smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual inspections, re-occupation, and personal air monitoring.
- Build strong working relationships with contractors and clients.
- Complete all administrative work in line with procedures to a high standard.
- Develop a professional approach to site work, ensuring health and safety compliance at all times.
- Maintain regular, professional attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company standards.
- Pursue ongoing personal and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
