Manpower are recruiting for a Production Operative to work for a large manufacturing factory based in Yate. Our client creates high-quality uniforms for companies throughout the UK, and are looking for someone to join the team on a temp to perm basis. Duties involve: Ensure fabric cutting machines are loaded accurately and efficiently. Input the correct cutting programs for each uniform. Allocate and manage the appropriate paperwork for each machine. Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth production flow.The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a manufacturing or production environment, however this is not essential. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (with a shift pattern to be implemented soon): Week 1 (Earlies): Monday-Thursday: 06:00 – 14:30 Friday: 06:00 – 13:00 Week 2 (Lates): Monday-Thursday: 14:00 – 22:30 Friday: 12:30 – 19:00Interested?
