Line Leader – Day Shift (6AM Start) Location: Newry Type: Full-Time (5 out of 7 days, 6:00 AM start, up to 48 hrs/week with optional overtime) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Step into a fast-paced logistics environment where your leadership drives daily success. As a Line Leader on our morning shift, you\’ll play a critical role in ensuring deliveries are processed efficiently, accurately, and safely. — What You\’ll Do Lead day-to-day line operations, ensuring team productivity and task completion from the 6:00 AM start. Support smooth loading, dispatch, and warehouse workflows. Motivate and guide operatives, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to safety standards. Monitor quality, resolve issues quickly, and ensure accurate recordkeeping. Coordinate with transport teams to maintain a seamless delivery operation. Help train and onboard new staff to embed our performance culture. Work 5 days out of 7, with optional overtime to earn up to 48 hours per week. — What You Bring Min 6mths Machine experience in production Hands-on experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations. Proven team leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting. Strong organisational skills and a calm approach under pressure.
