Our client is a growing manufacturing company that makes bespoke high-quality joinery products. We are recruiting a Workshop Joiner who will be responsible for manufacturing products from concept to completion. You'll work both independently and as part of a skilled team, delivering precision and craftsmanship across a variety of materials and finishes.
Monday to Friday Days. Long-term career prospects, pension, health & medical options, on-site gym, and modern working conditions.
The Role
- Manufacture bespoke joinery products from drawings to completion.
- Interpret and work from detailed technical drawings.
- Ensure high attention to detail and quality throughout production.
- Operate hand tools and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
- Support quality control and assist with problem-solving where required.
What We Are Looking For
- Time-served Joiner with NVQ Level 2/Level 3 or equivalent.
- Proven post-qualification experience in manufacturing or fitting high-quality bespoke joinery.
- Strong understanding of joinery materials, including laminates, veneers, and solid timbers.
- Experience with commercial fit-outs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
