Location: On-site - Derry Area

Hourly Rate: £15.00 per hour

Manpower Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Contracts Administrator to work on-site with a large manufacturing company based in the Derry area.

Hours of Work: 30 hours per week. Flexibility is required to cover a mix of mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends, in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with shift managers regarding temporary workforce requirements
  • Report any issues or updates to the Manpower Team Lead
  • Support temporary production staff with setting up and using payroll applications
  • Communicate with temporary staff regarding performance and any workplace concerns
  • Remind temporary staff to submit weekly working hours accurately and on time
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support on-site operations

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong IT literacy and confidence using systems and applications
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

The production plant operates on a 24/7 shift pattern, therefore working hours may vary between mornings and evenings depending on operational requirements.
