Ensure all meals meet the nutritional standards and requirements for school-aged children. Maintain high standards of food presentation, portion control, and service quality. Prepare, cook, and serve food in accordance with agreed menus and Trust guidelines. Support the development of healthy, appealing menu options. Ensure allergen information is accurately followed and communicated. Ensure full compliance with Food Hygiene Regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and all relevant Trust policies. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen environment at all times. Conduct and record all required checks, including temperature logs, cleaning schedules, allergen documentation, and equipment safety checks.
