Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 7pm

Manpower has a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become a Security Vetting Analyst, working with our client, Capgemini.

Responsibilities:

  • Process personnel security background checks on staff working for the organisation
  • Conduct security vetting and clearance processes for employees and contractors
  • Manage ongoing security clearance reviews for existing employees and contractors
  • Analyse security clearance investigation reports and make recommendations to management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date security clearance records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and government agencies to ensure compliance with security clearance policies and procedures
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to security vetting and clearance processes

What you’ll bring / Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will be required to undertake UK Government National Security Vetting at SC level. Police vetting at a minimum of NPPV2/CTC would be desirable
  • Experience in conducting detailed administration processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Ability to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer focused service to relevant stakeholders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
