We are looking for HIAB Drivers to join our team in Aylesbury with an immediate start!
Algeco UK is the leader in modular accommodation not only in the UK but around the world. We provide more buildings for hire than anyone else, including modular buildings for sale and rent, and off-site permanent buildings for sale for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent use.
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive and operate HGV HIAB vehicles
- Deliver & collect modular buildings and containers from customer sites
- Operate the Hiab crane for loading and unloading
- Ensure compliance with road safety regulations
- Complete delivery/collection paperwork accurately
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Report vehicle defects
- Collaborate with team members for smooth operations
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Requirements:
- Must have an HGV 1 or 2 Driver Licence with HIAB experience
- Qualified lorry loader operator (CSCS/ALLMI) is essential
- Good understanding and knowledge of current regulations with regards to EU driver hours, Working Time Directive and Driver's Tachograph restrictions.
