FTC Contracts Manager (Remote + 1 day Site Visits)

Location: Overseeing projects in North – can be based anywhere

Competitive salary + Car Allowance or Company Car

We are recruiting for a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee key electrical projects for a leading company in the industry. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home 4 days a week, with 1 day spent visiting sites in the North to ensure projects run smoothly and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, oversee, and direct electrical projects from initiation to completion.
2. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues to ensure timely delivery.
3. Tender and price jobs with precision when required.
4. Track, measure, and control project costs, ensuring profitability.
5. Prepare and present monthly reports highlighting profit margins and system costs against valuations.
6. Conduct valuations and manage accurate, timely invoicing.
7. Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling concerns until resolution.
8. Prepare reports for management reviews and respond promptly to all management requests.
