We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading company in the logistics and warehousing sector, for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operator to join their day shift team in Grangemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual looking for long-term, consistent work, initially on a temporary basis.
Shift Pattern & Hours
- Dayshift - Mon to Fri
- Shift time: 07:30am start
- Fixed rota offering stability and a great work/life balance
- Ongoing position with the potential for permanent employment
Pay
£13.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods from trailers and vehicles
- Moving stock around the warehouse or yard
- Maintaining accurate records of stock movement
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Comfortable wearing extra PPE when handling certain products, safety goggles, disposable PPE suit etc
