We are looking for Drivers Mates to join us at our site in Gray's.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Assisting Drivers on unloading and loading deliveries - carrying products for delivery
- Multidrop - number of drops differ from day to day
- Home deliveries will consist of delivering to room of choice for residential customers. Applicants must be aware that this may entail carrying items up to homes which are several stories up.
- Kerbside deliveries, such as to building sites, where driver will be handballing items from truck and passing them directly to individuals on the site.
- It is ESSENTIAL that you are physically fit in order to carry out this role.
- As you will be dealing with customers directly, you must have a good manner and be a good communicator.
- Delivering items such as white goods (dishwashers, washing machines, fridges etc), kitchen units & worktops.
What you need to succeed with our client:
- Multidrop delivery experience.
- Able to start early - 5am!
- Able to get along with your driver - get along with your customers.
- A can-do attitude.
- It’s a long day - often 10 hours a day - 5 days a week but that will give you £600 per week and £180 on top of that if you work a Saturday.
Please note you must attend an assessment morning which you will be paid for if you start a shift.
